ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

With over 50 years as a leading luxury fashion retailer we realise how important customer satisfaction is! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide a credit note, refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note there are NO refunds or exchanges on sale items or promotional items.

To receive a refund or exchange, please follow the below steps:

   -   Submit a returns or exchange request to Adam Heath Boutique within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing shop@adamheath.com.au with your order details.

   -   All customers will be contacted by the customer care team and sent a prepaid returns label via email if the returns request has been approved. For International returns, customers will also be asked to provide a collection address and earliest collection window (date and time). Please note: the cost of returns will be deducted from the orders refundable amount. 

   -   A member of the customer care team will then be in touch upon receipt of the products to process your refund or exchange.

All items must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached including the security tag. Garments that have been worn, washed or altered will be returned to the customer at their expense. 

Shoes must be returned with all original packaging, including undamaged boxes. Adam Heath does not accept returns without boxes or with marked or scratched soles.

Due to our strict hygiene policy we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on lingerie, swimwear or pierced jewellery - unless deemed faulty. Please choose carefully.

All returns and exchanges will not be processed until the product is returned to Adam Heath. Please note that original shipping charges or related expenses e.g. duties and/or import taxes will not be refunded.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on SALE items or items included in any flash promotion. This policy is strictly for full price items only


GIFTS

If the items were given to you as a gift, you may exchange them for items of equal or less value. Please contact our Customer Care team during business hours 9am to 5pm AWST on +618 93851044 or email shop@adamheath.com.au

No returns will be accepted of gift cards, or exchanges of gift cards for cash.


FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email the team at shop@adamheath.com.au. We will then assess the situation and work out the best solution. If at any stage Adam Heath deems the return as unsuccessful the item will be returned to the customer. Please note as per the ACCC - when a product has a minor problem, the business must fix the problem or repair the product for free. The business does not have to offer a replacement or refund for a minor problem, although it can choose to do this.


RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS

Returns shipping labels will be deducted from the orders refundable amount.

Domestic orders are sent with Australia Post at a flat rate of $15, International orders with DHL couriers at a flat rate of $50. 

Any international duties and taxes charges incurred to Adam Heath Boutique by the return of your order will be deducted from your refundable amount.  

Adam Heath doesn't guarantee or take responsibility for lost or stolen items being returned.
